Posted in:

1Password is a password manager for Windows, Mac, and Linux that works very well and offers many features. For example, 1Password can automatically type passwords into apps, you can organize your saved accounts into vaults, share vaults with others, and store many other things in your vault, such as notes, credit card numbers, identity information, 2FA keys, your Mac password, and SSH keys.

There are also apps available for Android and iOS, as well as browser extensions for Google Chrome, Microsoft Edge, Mozilla Firefox, and other browsers. These make it easy to automatically fill in usernames and passwords on websites.

To log in to 1Password, you use a password and a secret key. That key especially makes your account very secure because it is long and random. 1Password also integrates with Touch ID on Mac, Face ID on iPhone or iPad, and Windows Hello on Windows 11.
